Hi,
I logged into my account today and saw a message that my account was suspended. After looking into the issue, I was told that I should have recieved an email or Upwork notification explaining why this action has occured. I have recieved neither. I have completed my Identity Verification, and have not broken any of the terms of service to my knowledge. Can anyone explain, first how this issue occured, and second how I can reverse this? I will be following up with my results.

Hey,
There are a few possible reasons:
Unless the reason is "getting paid outside the Upwork" you can get back your profile.
p.s For the 5th reason, you might not have duplicated profile, but Upwork decides that you have, while you are using public WIFI networks.
