I couldn't get why my account has been suspended. I checked for the emails but I couldn't find one saying my account has been suspended and the reason why.
I had a video chat with an operator but the problem's still there.
How can I manage it?

I have same issue, I forgot my security questions and due to multiple attempts I think it was blocked then support did great job and reset my security question. Now when all is set and I am able to login it is shwoing account suspended.
Can anyboy help as I am unable to submit ticket as well, I am back on upwork after a long time because of some personal reasons.

I am new to Upwork. I just clicked 'Submit Application' to get my profile approved, and it came back with 'Your Account has been suspended.' I have no idea what I did wrong.
Also, my address needs to change from 4 Dell Road to 4 Dell Cottages however the area to enter the Street is greyed out so I can't correct it. Could this be why the account was suspended?

I have the same problem. I just registered today, email (in the afternoon, after I signed up in the morning) & dashboard says ID-verification has been a success but I still can't post my job proposal.

Hope you are fine. Actually his account got banned for no reason he tried contacting customer support but only bot helps him & he is unable to post his query here.
He did not get any email either which could show him the reason behind suspension.
I would be really thankful to you if you can help him as well.
