I couldn't get why my account has been suspended. I checked for the emails but I couldn't find one saying my account has been suspended and the reason why.
I had a video chat with an operator but the problem's still there.
How can I manage it?

I posted another question on this too here. I'm not sure why my account was suspended. I didn't receive any email notification either. Could somebody please delete and/or help me to delete my account?
Hi, I have the same issue. My account is still suspended even they told me to fixed it after 24 hours verification. They marked my ticket resolved even the problem is not yet solved. My account is still in suspension 2 days ago until now. I believe I send the necessary documents and there is still no response about it. Please help me out
