Hi, finally not clear your information about verification, on the begging nothing about that. Pls in details. But why you can't inform about the concrete problem from starting point ? and after one week from answer appear the "verification" that nobody know how to do.
We sent you an email on 5/23 with a link and instructions to complete ID verification, and I just re-sent it, so you should see an email from us in your inbox which will tell you how to verify your identity.

I am also unable to submit a proposals. I get directed to a blank page. I already made the face verification, they said I would be able to start making proposals again and that hasn't happened.
