Some time ago I've created an Upwork account. Back then I was required to validate account via webcam call and received a link at my e-mail. I was unable to do so due to personal circumstances and now the link is long expired. And now the account is suspended.
Can I perform that procedure now and re-activate my account?
How can I do so?
When I try to submit a help request at support.upwork.com I only get to read the FAQ and then to discuss the problem at Upwork Community.
Should i e-mail te support directly or is it a way to submit the ticket on the website somewhere?
