Hey Nick,
I can't really know why your account is suspended, however, there are several reasons for suspension like applying to many jobs and not getting any or doing sth against UW rules. To be able to work again your profile should be activated by UW, which is not the easiest thing in the world. Anyway, you can contact support and ask them to make things clear to you.
