Account suspended

I have received an email telling me my account has been suspended for violating the policy. I am baffled and completely unaware of violating the policy in any way. I am new to Upwork and I managed to land my second job while being here only for a week, so I think I'm doing well (I've read that some users got suspended because they didn't get any jobs). I honestly and truly don’t know why I am suspended. 


Can I get any help with this?
