Account suspended

My (other) account was suspended, with no reason given. I was told that I needed to give video verification, which I did almost two weeks ago, and it still remains suspended. I have not received pay for a previous contract, and my current contract was closed by Upwork.

 

Because my account is suspended, I cannot even access Upwork support, which is why I needed to create another account to make this post. The support page just redirects me to the job board.
