Account suspended

Hi,

I couldn't get why my account has been suspended. I checked for the emails but I couldn't find one saying my account has been suspended and the reason why.

I had a video chat with an operator but the problem's still there.
How can I manage it?

I dont know why my account got suspended and I check my notifications but nothing were there.I checked my mail and founded some link of verifications by upwork and those link are invalid as I give in picture.Help me to recover my account plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

 

I have a friend of mine

**Edited for community guidelines**

whos account was suspended.

He hasn't received any email & just passed verification.

At the same time he cannot write post here  (says no permissions)  or contact support in any way. That's why he asked me to do this on his behalf.

 

Could you please help him / me resolve an issue.

Thanks for the response.

Could you please clarify how he should at least know why his account was suspended & what should be done with it. I don't think he had a violation of any of these mentioned.

Because right now there is no way to contact support: if he clicks on contact support he gets redirected back. No way to write on these forums, due to no reputation. There is no online help or email he may contact. No way to resolve this.

 

I have been working with upwork for a long time & enjoy working with it but how people can resolve issues in case their accounts are suspended & there is no even way to know why. I don't think it's acceptable.

Thanks for reply. I fully understand you cannot discuss it here. So let me please rephrase my questions.

 

In case my account is suspended (in situation like he). Whom may I contact to get next information. Please note he cannot write on this forum as well :

 

1. Why my account is suspended?

2. Is there anything to be done to unsuspend it?

3. When / Will it be unsuspended.

 

I read article mentioned few times but it's generic information which I believe everyone understands. But it doesn't answer my question.

Could you suggest what to do, please?
My friend (I'll share the name and account info in private according to the rules of Upwork community) get suspended on his account. Account isn't brand new. It restored after long time being inactive.

Hi. I'm having the same issue, weird thing is I did the video verification and was told that my account is verified. After that my account showed suspended. Contacted support, days later got a generic message that my account was ok now only to still see suspended on my account. I am confused. I am sure I did not do anything wrong. And I did not receive any email as to why this is. Can someone help me please?

I have the same issue, my account is suspended because there is no room for me as a freelancer in the similar skillset. However i did paid alot for connects and been working hard to get my first customers.
