Account suspended

Hi,

I couldn't get why my account has been suspended. I checked for the emails but I couldn't find one saying my account has been suspended and the reason why.

I had a video chat with an operator but the problem's still there.
How can I manage it?

my account has been suspended and Upwork asked me for ID documents. I presented them as requested and got reply that Upwork will revert within 24 hours. It was 6th of april - and until now no reply. Could you please check, what is wrong? Thank you.

My account is still suspended although I tried ading another payment method. Is there a customer service number to call or another way to reseolve this?

I have the similar problem, I was going to do the call with support. But the option to do the video call is gone. Now In my account it says that My account was suspended.

 

I checked the mail and they asked me to send my ID again, but I already sent it. They say that I changed my name. I just put a business name ( Nelson Reyes ) that's my name. So for that reason my account was suspended ?

 

I need to do the video call but the option is gone.  Could you help me pelase ?

All is well. I spoke with customer service. I guess my credit card had expired. I haven't been on upwork for a while.

I keep getting emails about this suspended account topic. Please stop sending me all these emails. However you have things structured for your email correspondence it needs to change!

Are you referring to email notifications when there is an update on this thread? This is likely because you selected this option when you posted before.

You can unsubscribe from the thread by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner here in the Community page and selecting My Settings. Once there you can choose not to receive any emails from Community or go to the Subscriptions tab and delete this specific thread.

Somehow my account has been suspended and keep a getting same message which "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support. 

But the system wont let me to open a ticket or contact.
