Hi.

I checked my account after a while of inactivity and found this notification:
"Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support."
. I would like to reactivate it. I would be glad to get help to unlock my account now.

Hello,

Actually I have no idea. It was about 2 years ago that I created the account. I have accepted a mission, then I couldn’t access my account anymore. It was a password issue. And when the password issue got solved my account got suspended. I didn’t try to reactivate since a year or something like that.

May be this happend due to inactivity you should appeal by clicking appeal link in that Email that you have received from Upwork.
