Account suspended

Hi,

I couldn't get why my account has been suspended. I checked for the emails but I couldn't find one saying my account has been suspended and the reason why.

How can I manage it?

My account has been suspended. Don't know why. Would you mind letting me know how I can reopen it please?

I have combined both your threads because both of you are experiencing the same issue. Your accounts were put on hold when you first registered for Upwork because it didn't meet the eligibility guidelines. Please update your address with your present/permanent location so that we can ask the team to review the hold in your account.
