Account suspended

Good Day Upwork Community,

My boyfriend's account was suspended, he suspect that he was suspended because he deactivated his account then created a new one using the same email. Is there any way to reactivate his account because his really into upwork rather than go to other freelancing sites. He can't post here in the coomunity and can't find a way to contact upwork. He'll provide necessary documents if there's a way to reactivate his account.

Thank you for your response, how can i refer him to the notification? His account can't communicate with upwork other than logging in to the server. We're in need of your guidance Joanne. Thank you have a nice day.
