Account suspended.

Dear #Upwork authority,

I’m Abu Sayem Md Habibullah,
I got a mail from upwork at Feb 21, 2021, 6:28 AM GMT+6 , my account is suspend and when I login my account I also saw a message "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support."
I have created tickets last Sunday, February 21, 2021 for my account suspend. I’m really afraid because no one reply to my email. I’m really sorry, I can’t open Upwork support page any more, if I try to go upwork support page then it’s redirects to my profile. I don't know even if someone reply to system "https://support.upwork.com/hc/requests/..........".

I’m working on Upwork and my account income is constantly increasing also I haven’t any more account. Some days ago I finish a job and same client wants again hire me but the reality is he will can’t find me for the account suspend reason.
What kind of mistake I made I don’t know but I like very much Upwork, I don’t want to work with any others freelance market place.
I hope, I’m with you Upwork in my future and it’s will be a long journey with you Upwork.
Please please please help me to resolve this problem #Upwork authority.
