Account suspended

I uploaded the verification documents, but havet yet gotten a response.. Its been about 24hr after i uploaded the documents. I have also sent 2 messages to the agent. This account i have for years and have only few days ago gotten my first contract.  It is important to me to get my account unsuspended. Are there any more steps i can take to resolve this issue?
