I received an email from upwork said I have multiple accounts and asked me to send an email of the account that I wish to keep do that upwork can delete the other account and my account would be restored. I replied to the message immediately, but, my account still remain suspended. Please help.

I hope that upwork is not deceiving me that one account would be restored? Because I I my main account is important to me. Please tell me the possible of getting one of mu accounts restored while other deleted +
