My account was suspended 2 days ago for account verification.
I forwarded all the required documents. My Account was properly verified.
Later on, I noticed I still have a recent hold on my account.
This will prevent me from being top rated freelancer.
Can anyone please advise me what to do.
I tried emailing upwork support. It has been more than 12 hours no response.
