Account suspension on few biddings

Hi, I am new to Upwork. I want to know that if I rarely login my Upwork account and do bidding very occasionally, will it lead to suspension of my account? I am not doing any Upwork violation.
Also, I came to know that if bidding vs. Client response is high, then the freelancer will also be permamnently suspended. What is that exact ration also is there any mechanisim of reseting that ratio or it will be on record whole life?
