Account suspension still showing

I was asked to submit my id and statement which I have submitted my id and bank statement, and I receive a message on my mail saying " Hi Munirudeen, Congratulations! Your identification has been reviewed and accepted. Thanks for helping us maintain a trusted workplace for all. This portion of your account review is now complete. If there are additional issues being reviewed, the appropriate team has been notified that your documents have been accepted. If no other reviews are needed, you can now submit proposals." BUT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL SHOWING "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support." Please help ASAP, cos i am unable to submit proposal Thanks Munir
