Account suspension.

I just logged in to my Upwork account and it says "your account has been suspended ,please contact our customer support". I did nothing wrong and didn't even receive an email telling me what went wrong?

I opened a chat ticket but didn't receive a reply except the bot telling me they'll reach out to me.
I'm a full-time freelance writer on Upwork and have nothing else to do.

Can I get my account back? And what may have been the reason of my account suspension.

Another problem is that I'm already working on a contract worth 275 USD.
