I only created this account I am using to post this message to make comment on the upwork community and I will delete it as soon as the issue is resolved because I know it's against the rules.
The issue is that I have another account that was permanently suspended and I have appealed the suspension two weeks ago now but I have gotten any reply at all. Furthermore I wasn't alerted that my account was suspended. I didn't get an email at all. I had to find out it was suspended when I was trying to log in. I can send you more details on the suspended account but I plead that you look into the issue. I don't know the reason for my suspension as I didn't receive any email stating the reason.
This is also my second time posting this issue on the community. The last moderator that replied 6 days ago asked me to send more details on the sussuspended accout including the email linked to the suspended account to his private message yet he never did anything. He never got back to me and everything is still the same. I don't understand what's going on. I have also emailed upwork support several times without any reply.
Almost as if the platform is ignoring me on purpose. Please I ask that someone look into the issue.

Upwork probably doesn't care, meaning they want to keep your account suspended. There's nothing you can do.
Now, I'm interested, though. Why was your account suspended in the first place? What did you do?

I have an agency account linked to the suspended account which I use to hire freelancers when I need extra hands. The last email I recieved prior to the suspension says that a job I posted violated there terms or service or something like that. So I'm guessing that's the reason for the suspension since I didn't recieve any other email. But is thar enough to get an account permanently suspended? Otherwise there is nothing else I have done that could have lead to the suspension as I have just been focused on finishing a job I was working on quickly so I can focus on an upcoming exam.

Yes, it could be it. Because if you're an experienced freelancer with an agency account on the side trying to scam freelancers by asking for free work/unpaid test articles/or to be contacted outside the platform (not saying you did any of those, I just assume), then Upwork has every right to suspend you.

I absolutely didn't do any of that and I haven't even begin to interview any freelancer for the job I posted. I haven't had the time to do so since I have been really busy. I was even planning on canceling the job since it seem I could handle it alone.

And that's what I want to hear. If they want to keep it permanently suspended they can easily tell me that the appeal failed and my accout will remain suspended. But it's just static silence.

Hi Ebenezar,
Thank you for reaching out. Could you please send me the email address for the suspended account you're referring to? You can click on my name to send me a PM.
