Account suspension

Hi, I mistakenly closed my account and have been denied access to upwork ever since. However, I spoke to a customer service representative who told me they would reinstate my account and I needed to answer 4 questions correctly to verify my identity. Well since doing this I haven't heard anything and my account is still suspended. I've sent multiple emails with no response.
