Account suspension

Hello

 

My account was suspended from more then one year ago. Upwork support team member suggested me to solve it with the client , so i messaged him many times bit he didn't respond may be he no longer used upwork and i want to activate my account again. Will any upwork Support member help me to solve this out , as i already waiting from very long time. Please check the attached link as a proof.
