Account suspension

Dear Moderator,

On Monday, 31-03-201, I received an emial, due to "violating Upwork's Terms of Service" your account has been suspended. In best of my knowledge I have not violated any terms of service. One of my project is still on going and I have'nt recieved payment too. 

May I please know which terms of services I have unknowingly violated? and How can I resume my account?
