Account verification name mismatch

My name is Md. Mehedi Hasan and my profile name is also under the name of Mehedi Hasan. But here(the screenshot attached) it's showing a Different name, which is **Edited for Community Guidelines**. Please resolve this issue. I want to verify myself.

Why I can't contact with upwork support privately like before?
