My friend's Upwork account is suspended and he cannot ask questions or reply in the community. He is not able to reach out to customer care service. He had an old account which he deleted and created a new one which is now suspended. Please guide, how can he go about it.

Please note that for privacy reasons, we cannot share information about another’s user’s account which we hope you understand. Could you please ask them to contact us directly on any social media they prefer and we will be happy to help?
Please know that freelancers aren’t allowed to have multiple accounts as this is a serious violation of Upwork's Terms of Service.
