Hello. Some russian banks requires information about actual commission payed to Upwork (so if we bank received $900, they want to see not only $900, but $100 commission in document). Act of Acceptance contains gap for this data, Confirmation of Services does not. So are we able to use Act of Acceptance instead of Confirmation of Services now? Can we sign it via Customer Support?
Thanks. Can you please provide empty Act of Acceptance form? https://content-static.upwork.com/blog/uploads/sites/3/2016/09/09091323/160908_AoA-Russia_editable_f... already has Upwork sign. Also, by "both documents" what else document do you mean? https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/115017532287/Confirmation_of_Services.pdf ?
Valeria is referring to the Confirmation of Services form which you can download from this help article, other than the Act of Acceptance form that you have linked. Please send a message to the team via the email address that Valeria shared if you have further questions about the forms.
