Dear Upwork and all,
I am having a hard time with this Identify Verification and got stucked with it for the past three days already, with that said I cannot be able to find work because of this until now. Every time I click Get Started it just led me to click start now. There are two options: Option 1 Scan this QR code with your mobile device and Option 2 Send a text message to: my phone number. I keep on choosing the second option for my phone doesnt have any scanner. Everytime I select the second option it just gives me (repeteadly for more than 20 times) a link to login again in Upwork which is so frustrating. I think there's a bug on my account. Please help me with this dear Upwork. Waiting earnestly for your reply and I hope this will be solved soon.
