I've a completed contract today. Actually the task was completed long ago the payment was done today and the contract was closed. The client gave good review.
But I was not happy with the client. So as the client has sent me another offer for further changes I've declined the offer. And now I see the client haas sent me a refund request for the last contract saying I've not completed my task.
Should I take a action to cancel the refund request?

Hourly or fixed price project?
Is the refund request for the full amount paid to you for the project?
What was the full amount you billed the client for the project?

It's fixed price project.
It was $310 project. $20 was in the escrow and it was paid earlier. He has paid $290 today and he has sent refund request for $290.
But he sent the refund request after closing the project as I did not accepted his new offer.
