Add time is not available in the timesheet for an active, hourly contract and the client doesn't appear in my time tracker. It's as though the system isn't recognizing the correct date. It's definitely not recognizing my contract as active.
Contract Type: Hourly
Manual Time: Manual Time Allowed
Start Date: Jul 14, 2023
Today's Date: Jul 15, 2023
I accepted the contract Jul 13, 2023
Add Time is not available in the timesheet and the client isn't showing on the Time Tracker. Am I just reading dates wrong or is this a glitch in the system others are seeing? I have tasks the client expects me to do this weekend, but I can't log time for the active, hourly contract and Support isn't available to assist.
