Active Hourly & Fixed-Price Contract with the Same Client

Hey Everybody,

I currently have an active hourly contract with a client. Work is ongoing.

Initially, this client gave me a number of fixed-price projects to do one after the other for a few days before he sent me an hourly contract offer. Now, the fixed-price contract is inactive.

Would this inactivity impact me negatively if it continues like this?

Nope, it will not have a negative impact, its not "inactive" if there's been money exchanged in the past. You can either talk to your client and close it or you can just leave it there no problem at all, so it's up to you what you want to do
