Active candidacies: if we withdraw our proposals, we should get our connects back

There are many of us that have been here for a long time and have several "active candidades". Some of them are for clients that contacted us for a proposal we made months or years ago, and haven't heard back from them.

In these cases, we can choose to withdraw our proposals, but it would be fair if we got those connects back, don't you think?
