Activity Level in Work Diary

I was wondering if anyone could explain the activity level in the Work Diary segments (or point me to where I can find more detailed information)?

I usually don't pay much attention to it, as I know that I am only working on the specific projects, and never cared much about segments with lower activity since I just assumed these were the ones during which I was editing/proofreading (hence the lower activity).

However, I had a closer look and am a bit surprised. Examples:

Segment A: Activity level 2, one keyboard, 1 mouse

Segment B: Activity level 5, one keyboard, 1 mouse

Segment C: Activity level 7, 656 keyboard, 66 mouse

Segment D: Activity level 7, 1332 keyboard, 118 mouse

Segment E: Activity level 10, 330 keyboard, 16 mouse

For A+B: I am 100% sure that I made a higher number of mouse and keyboard actions during those 10 minute intervalls? And if I didn't, why does the activity level vary?

For C+D: Why is the activity level the same, even though D is 2xC?

For E: How is this level 10 compared to C and D?

My only explanation is that none of these numbers are accurate. (But then I don't see the point of displaying them at all.)

Or am I missing something?

I've never had complaints from clients or clients who took time off when they reviewed the diary (I don't know if they even do, which would actually be interesting to know!), but the bits I really don't like are the supposed 1 keyboard/1 mouse segments because, again, I am certain they aren't accurate and in my mind display my work in a negative way. And, most importantly, what to do IF a client complains about or disputes these segments?

Does anyone know a bit more about this?

This issue came up recently but the answer Valeria gave was a bit short of something since my numbers also did not add up.

You can see this thread to get more information.

Thanks Setu.

I did a search on the topic in this forum, but didn't think of having a look in the clients section. I'll redirect my questions to that existing thread if no further comments/answers are offered in this one.
