Add Billing Method issue

Upwork is not accepting my correct Credit Card information for Billing Method. I have used the same information on many other sites and everything works well on other sites.

Add Billing method gives me error every time I try to add my Credit Card.

Now the Upwork shows me error "Maximum number of attempts to add the Credit Card is reached".

Any help ?
