Add Work History Issue

Hello, I am rakib ahmed. I am new at upwork. I have created my upwork account last week. I have almost done everything without "Ad work history. I am not able to add work history. My profile is 40% completed. I need to make it 100%. SO, I need help. You can see my screenshorts 1)
