I'm sure Goran likes something.

I like your idea of adding this button. Providing, however, that the information about the client are replicated somewhere on the submission page. There may be some red flags that you don't want to miss before sending a proposal...

I do not like the idea of freelancers being able to spam apply to job postings without even having had a look at the whole job posting, the client's history and the client's details.

Not a good idea in my opinion. The first thing I do with a job that interests me it open it to find as much information as I can about the client. I would never submit a bid without doing that first.
