Add confirmation to Drag and Drag clients into chat windows

Not sure if anyone else's run into this. A mouse clicking mistake dragged a potential client into an active job's chat window. I didn't realize what happened because it just accepted the addtion without a confirmation of sorts. I don't think the potential client was online at the time so they didn't see anything but if I hadn't noticed it the potential client could have gotten links to NDA covered source code.

The potential client and active job were related projects.
