hi.. I found an email saying that To prove your top-talent status, we (Upwork ) recommend requesting at least 5 client testimonials.
what is this?
I have a lot of positive feedback from my respected clients at Upwork.
I have no clients outside of this platform.
so i can't hold top rated status?

That's for people who are new to Upwork and have no ratings yet. Obviously you can have top-rated status, since you have the badge right there in your profile.
