Adding Payoneer account on multiple Upwork accounts

Before I joined Upwork my Payoneer account was used by my brother on Upwork. He isn’t on Upwork anymore and I was wondering if I can add my Payoneer account to my own Upwork account without any penalty.

Why is your "brother" not on Upwork anymore?

Frankly, Upwork would probably assume that it's a duplicate account. Especially if your "brother" didn't exactly leave Upwork entirely voluntarily....

I didn’t ask. But seeing that he’s always busy with the official duties I would assume it’s because of his tight schedule.
