Adding States as a filter (USA)

As a Civil/Structural Engineer. We are licensed in specific states. For example, I am licensed in Michigan (US) I cannot work on engineering projects in different states without being licensed in those states. 

Majority of the jobs on my feed, the people require a engineer licensed in that state to sign and seal the work to get it approved by the local goverment. It would make our search easy if there was a filter that gave us the option to pick a state.

Also when the client uploads their job with the requirements in UpWork. They should determine what state the project is in, and if they need a licensed engineer to work on it. 

Would it be possible to add those as filters.
