Adding a bank Account for Direct Deposit

When I try to add my bank account info the page just loads and doesn't do anything. I've searching through Google and YouTube trying to find out what's going on but I haven't come across a video or post about it yet. If a supp. rep could get back to me with next steps I'd appreciate it, thanks!
