Adding a certification to Up-work

 Hi Crew members of Upwork,

              Few days back, I took an English test FCE from Cambridge(without getting registered to them because they were demanding a url, which I don't own) and uploaded the test on Upwork. Now the Upwork is asking me to verify it by providing the secret number and the identification number. Please help me out.
