Adding a linked social account doesn't add 10%

Hi!

My upwork profile shows 90% completness and suggests adding a linked social account for +10%, even though I have 4 accounts linked already. I tried adding two more(when there were 2 already), but it didn't help. There are a few available choices in the list left(e.g. behance, devianart), but I don't have accounts at those platforms at all. Does upwork require all of the suggested social networks to be linked in the profile?

Could you please remove all your linked accounts and then re-add them back again? If your profile is still not 100% complete after doing this, please respond to this thread. Thank you!

Can you please tell me how to remove linked accounts and then re-add them back again? I have tried 3 times. But one things, I have opend my upwork account via hotmail and linked Facebook account is gmail. Is this any problem?

I faced the same problem and deleting the linked accounts and re-adding it didn't solve it,

Hi Selman,

Looks like you did receive the 10% from the first linked account. Please note that this section brings a maximum 10% and that linking second account won't rise the profile completeness percentage. There are many ways to get to 100% completed profile, please check this help article for more information.
