I have been attempting to add a new credit card to my account for the last two days as my previous card was used fraudulently and was canceled. Although I have entered all of the correct information in the fields, I am receiving alerts asking me to enter the information that is clearly there.
Can you please fix the problem with your website.

Hi Bakey,
Can you please complete the W-9 form under Settings> Tax Info. You can use your own legal name as it appears in your official documents.
