Adding a new platform to tools

I'm new to UpWork as a freelancer and specialise in a marketing automation platform called SharpSpring which is pretty widely used and there are people looking for freelancers who service it on UpWork.

The problem is that UpWork doesn't recognise it when I've tried to add it to my profile and case studies.

How can I get this added to the platform?

Are you unable to add this as a skill? I checked into this and can confirm that SharpSpring can be added as a skill to a freelancer's profile. Are you referring to something else, such as job category?
