When you try adding a billing iinformation, an option comes to either add your credit or debit card.
I've tried adding my VISA debit card but hasn't been successful.
Please see the attachments. I have spoken to my bank and I was told my card has been activated to transact business online.
What could be the cause and what's the solution?

Were you going through any specific error when you were adding your VISA card for your billing method?
