Advance Search For A Video Production

Take my best regards. I have been working here as a video editor and producer since about a year. It would be very helpful if anyone can tell me something about the advance search. I need the same kind of help Rafsun.
I usually search word by word manually but it is extremely slow that way.
If you find a better way please let me know. Thanks!
