Advice for clients

After browsing through boatloads of crappy job descriptions, I started wondering why so many of them are so bad.  Eventually I took a look at the advice Upwork gives prospective clients on how to write a job description, and found that it doesn't really get the crucial information across.  In particular it doesn't explain the importance of Connects, which cause most competent freelancers to only apply for jobs that they think they want and have a good chance of getting.  After musing about this, I wrote up a document that I think might be more helpful, but now I am wondering if there is anything I can do with it.  Do you think anybody at Upwork would be interested in looking at such a thing?

Best regards, Bill Skaggs
