After 48 hours My profile not approved

Dear Upwork Team and support desk

I applied membership on upwork and start to make my profile and then submit. But right after 5 Minutes i receive a message on my email address that my profile was rejected and they ask me to complete my profile score 100%. I do so and resubmit and again after 5 Minutes same message received by email.

I submit again with few changes now after 48 hours my profile still in review.
Is there any server problem or any other error or bug in webiste ???

I am having 17 years of experience in my relavent field and running my In house Media and Production and Desing House. I am new to Upwork but not and unexperience person. So if any kind of new commer thing happen then i can show my work to upwork team but i need membership approved

so if anyone know what is the problem is this please help me out to complete this task.

 I am not surprised. Is your real, legal name REALLY "Silver Hood???" and you can hand over your government issued iD in the name of Silver Hood to prove it?

You are lying about your English proficiency on your profile (Your English is nowhere near "fluent!"), your profile pic with the sunglasses is not acceptable and you are categorically forbidden to offer the services of a team on your freelancer profile. Your video contains contact info. Your  whole profile is a mess of policy violations from start to finish.

You have taken exactly **NO** care and paid absolutely no attention to anything. You couldn't be bothered to find out what is expected or to learn the terms of this website, which means your chances of that mess of a profile being approved are zero.

Thank you for pointing my mistaks. I made corrections in my profile and still the message show on my profile and now my profile is flaged as inappropriate after made changes what next ? and for change of the name is taking 48 hours ?

 Of course your profile is flagged as inappropriate. I doubt you'll ever get approved. People who lie and cheat when they first start are not potentially valuable additions to the platform so chances are you'll be turned down.

Your profile is still about some "team" and your video still contains contact info.

Find a platform where that level of dishonestly is acceptable.

Judging by your website, your real name is Ziauddin Zia, so you need to create an account in that name, and it that's approved, you could create an agency named Silverhood.

 Just to clarify what John means: You need to change your profile name to Ziauddin Zia, NOT create another account which is forbidden.
