After 500$ with one client through 2 projects

I have a client. We are working long term and will soon cross a $500 mark. The issue is I asked him to close the first contract at $100 because the title of contract was trial article which was not a good display for a long term project. He will do a second contract for the rest. So does the 10% fee reduction apply to just one projhect or multiple projects with same client will do>?

As long as its the same client, the fee reduction is going to be there. It doesnt have to be one contract. It does however, have to be one contract if you want it to count as a 'large contract' that you need to be top rated plus later.
